These terms govern your use of arc44.com and the logo design services provided by ARC44 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to them.
Our services
ARC44 is a logo design agency. We design custom logos based on the creative brief you provide. What is included in your project (number of concepts, revision rounds, file formats and turnaround time) is described at the time of purchase and confirmed in our project communications.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information in your brief.
- Give feedback within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may extend delivery dates.
- Make sure any text, images or references you supply are yours to use.
Process, concepts and revisions
We start with your creative brief, present logo concepts, then refine your chosen concept through the revision rounds included in your package. Requests beyond the included scope, such as an entirely new direction after approval, may be quoted separately.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of order unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Optional extras, such as rush delivery or additional concepts, are charged as shown at checkout.
Ownership and licence
Once full payment is received and the final logo is delivered, we transfer to you the rights in the final approved logo. Until then, all concepts remain our property. Unused concepts and drafts remain ours unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for checking that the logo is suitable for trademark registration in your region; we do not provide legal or trademark advice.
Our portfolio
We may display the final logo in our portfolio and marketing as an example of our work, unless you ask us in writing not to before delivery.
Originality
We design every logo as an original work and do not knowingly copy existing marks. Stock fonts and elements used in your logo are licensed for logo use, and we will tell you which fonts are used in your guide.
Refunds and cancellations
Because logo design is custom work that begins as soon as your order is placed, we generally cannot offer refunds once concept work has started. If you are unhappy at any stage, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC44 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business, arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project.
Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our content or portfolio without permission. Our website and its content are provided “as is”.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to your project. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARC44 operates.
